Red- and Roe wines
Although our focus is on producing white, particularly Riesling wines, our red wines have become a flagship. Above all, our Pinot Noir, whose grapes produce incredibly delicate and elegant wines thanks to our slate soil, stands out.
Nevertheless, large-scale processes are out of the question for us regarding red wine production. Instead, with open mash fermentation and aging in wooden barrels, we rely on the most gentle handling of our grapes. This results in aromatic wines with a strong character that are a pleasure to drink.
