Our non-alcoholic sparkling wine Luftikuss is made of pearled grape juice. After many attempts, we consciously decided against making a dealcoholized sparkling wine. The sparkling juice gives the finished non-alcoholic sparkling wine a more full-bodied and fresher taste.

Tip: I like the Luftikuss best when it's freezing. A 0-degree compartment in the refrigerator is ideal for temperature control. Alternatively, you can briefly put the grape secco in the freezer before drinking it.
